intentional blur in wedding photography

Ethereal Wedding Inspiration. We are constantly in search of inspiration, ideas, visions, moods, places and people. Few days ago it all came together for us, all in one magical room. But before we had it all together, we only had one thing in mind: ethereal wedding inspiration. That was a thought that led us into this story. Then we had this little piece of scratch paper with the words…

MUSE.

We started with the girl. The muse. She is Anamaria and she was all we needed for this idea of ethereal celebration. Fragile, sensual and kind of a poetic beauty.

BEAUTY.

Enhancing beauty that is already present. Shaping beautiful people into amazing people. Studio Con2r did all that and much much more. Thank you, S.

VENUE.

We were always passing by this beautiful place. An old Neo-Baroque building that was built in 19th century and that is currently closed for reconstruction. It wasn’t easy to get in, but eventually, the keys were in our hands. Again, thank you S.

The moment we stepped in that room, everything made more sense. Cool concrete, decadent details, sculptures of angels lying down on the floor, big windows that give that perfect sculptural lightning. We just added white candles to it, and the set was ready for shooting.

THE DRESS.

The whole inspiration board led to this sequin and sleek, powdery dress designed by talented Mirna Gvajdek/La Sposa. We were looking for the right dress for quite a long time and we were really happy when this one caught our eye and when we got in touch with Mirna. We’re looking forward to our next collaboration.

FLOWERS.

Inspired by Claude Monet’s: I must have flowers always and always, we went to arrange a bouquet with the flower gallery Oh la la that has that exact quote in their About section. Call it coincidence.

We usually don’t write long posts, but this is a great opportunity to thank this talented people for collaborating and contributing to the project with their vision of beauty. We honestly hope that together we can create new venues of art. Until some other time, THANK YOU, hundred times.
